Anyone know if travellers cheques are accepted in Phils?And if so,would they be accepted at money changing outlets or just in banks?Younger people here probably wont remember what they are!

Hi There, Possibly in Manila but ouside I doubt it, we stayed in baloy Beach and only cold hard cash was acceptabel.
